“An election is…a mud bath for every soul concerned in it.”
George Bernard Shaw
This is a blog about elections and politics. I’m a conservative, through and through. In a lot of what you read here, you will see my personal politics playing a role in what I have to say. This is not a news site; I am not a journalist. Please do not expect a lack of bias in what I write.
However, a lot of my pieces will contain campaign strategy positions and/or my analysis of an election, either recently passed or forthcoming. In these analyses, I will bare all and do my best to look objectively at the facts of the election, separate from my own political leanings. In these pieces, I will incorporate humor and, regardless of your political affiliation, your feelings may get hurt. It is not my intent to offend you, and I will let a fellow Oklahoman, Will Rogers, tell you why your feelings were hurt: “A remark generally hurts in proportion to its truth.”
